Phase II of Ruitong’s western US overseas warehouse is now in use. Floor space grows from phase I toward a planned 20,000 m², and inbound, putaway, pick and outbound flows were rewritten together so drop-ship capacity is meaningfully higher than before the expansion.
The site adds sortation and a tighter WMS hookup. Everyday general cargo is targeted for putaway inside 24 hours. Cut-off follows the local operating window; late orders roll into the next wave rather than promising a same-day dispatch we cannot keep.
Beyond drop-ship, the floor can relabel, QC, lightly refurbish and hold returns. Returns need an RMA and a handling instruction; unmarked inbound returns are stored and billed by the day.
Warehouse figures follow the partner site’s actual operation. We size safety stock from your SKU cube, daily orders and return rate — not from a single area number on a slide.
The network covers the western and eastern US plus major European markets. If you want ocean first-leg tied to inbound putaway, an account manager can quote one bill for ocean + receiving + drop-ship.
