FAQ

What shippers ask before the first booking

A short brief to decide ocean, air or a dedicated line.

What do you need for a quote?

Commodity and material, pieces / weight / volume, origin and destination, target transit, Incoterm (FOB, CIF, DDP…) and whether the cargo is battery, liquid or powder. Fuller details, tighter plans.

How do published transits compare with door delivery?

Figures on this site are typically port-to-port or airport-to-airport. Add pickup, export customs, import clearance and last mile — usually 3–10 extra days, longer in peak season or during exams.

FCL or LCL?

Around 14–15 CBM, a full container is often cheaper and has fewer handovers. LCL is flexible for smaller lots but adds 2–5 days for CFS consolidation and destuffing, at a higher per-CBM rate.

Can you move batteries, cosmetics or powders?

Yes, on dedicated special-cargo channels with MSDS / UN38.3 and similar docs. Some lanes and express products refuse pure batteries, liquids or powders — let us check the channel first.

Do you offer cargo insurance?

We help place cargo insurance against value and coverage type. Recommended for high-value, fragile or peak-season shipments so delays or damage remain claimable.

How fast is a quote?

Standard ocean / air inquiries: a working estimate in 4–8 business hours. Plans with destination clearance, DDP or sensitive cargo usually take one business day. This form is a demo until a backend is connected.
